How to find your project/import or channel/export KEY and how to copy it and send it to the support team.
When you contact our Customer Success Team for help, they will ask for your project or channel key, to be able to quickly understand your problem.
All projects and channels in the WakeupData platform have a unique key the will help our team identify your project or channel.
You will find your KEY in the lower left corner of the screen.
To copy your KEY, simply just click the 'Copy' icon to the right-hand side of your KEY.
Then you can paste in an email or in the chat to get help with your problem.
