You can download the optimization suggestions as excel, .csv, or .tsv.
Sometimes you will not be able to act on the issues as you might be missing the information required and you need to have an overview of the products affected. In these cases, you can download the issues as a file.
From the OPTIMIZE overview, click "Show me" (1) on the issue you want to take a closer look at.
Then click "Download" (1)
And choose whether you want to download the affected products in a file or email the results.
If you choose to download, you can specify which data format the file should be in. Comma separated, Tab separated or as Excel document.
You will then see a notification that the file is being prepared.
A few examples:
- You are missing the GTIN/EAN numbers for a bunch of your products. You can download the list of products affected and share it with your purchasing/product department. You can also just as easily email the list straight from the platform.
- You are experiencing a mismatch between the prices from your ERP system and your product data feed. To clarify and pinpoint where the issue is, you can download the list of the products and share it with your colleagues.
- You have some generic issues with a specific bunch of products. Download them and discuss them with your team to make sure that the problem is fixed in a timely manner.
